Order Confirmed

Once your order has been acknowledged and it is confirmed in our inventory system that the item that you ordered is in-stock, you will receive an email letting you know that your product has successfully been processed.


Order Shipped

The day that your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information of the package and its expected arrival date.  You can check the status of your package at anytime within your account on Markurlife.com.

· Shipping / Freight Methods


Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, perform strict quality-control tests and package items carefully.
● Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
● Flat Rate Shipping: 10-30 business days

Markurlife only ships to the US, apart from alasas Alaska, Montana(East), U.S protectorates and US APO/FPO.
Our standard shipping option varies based on the weight of your order.
Overseas delivery: 1. 1-5 business day delivery depending on location and the weight of your order.
Home delivery: 8-12 business day delivery depending on Worldwide and the weight of your order.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Markurlife cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Markurlife is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Service staff will arrange it for you after the confirmation.
Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

· Return Policy


Please contact us at for a return authorization.
Return any item for any reason within 7 days from date shipped. We will gladly exchange it or give you a full refund (less shipping) whichever you prefer. We are not responsible for return shipping or charges.
Defective items may be returned for replacement only within 30 days. After 30 days, the defective item can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers of the item within the warranty period of the product.
Returns must have copy of sales receipt, all packaging, parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, etc.. The merchandise and packaging must be in new condition without any tape added to the original merchandise container. Returns must be packed inside a shipping box. If these guidelines are not met merchandise may be refused, shipped back to the customer or a restocking fee.

1. The image color of product may differ according to the computer's screen setting and shot light environments,the color of actual product shall prevail.
2. Services and operations: I must make it clear that one kind of our product has different packing ways to improve work efficiency and quality responsibilities in transit.
3. Solemn commitment: if the products have quality problems,we plant to replace or return unconditionally, (Does not cover color-difference, pacaking problem!) Thank you!
